Get your dancing shoes on for the best kids' night ever! DJ Keith is back! The Swim, Dive, and Synchro teams will provide pizza for all the kids.

Contributions
Please bring drinks or desserts based on your last name:
  • A–M: Individual bottled drinks (Water, Gatorade, Soda)
  • N–Z: Prepackaged nut-free sweets (Oreos, Fruit Roll-Ups, etc.)

Flying Fish Races (Intrasquad)

Start: 6:15 PM
Warm-up: 5:45 PM
  • Swimmers may choose up to 2 strokes maximum. IM counts as one of your strokes.
  • Kids 8 & U should get permission from coaches before signing up for breaststroke, fly, or IM.
  • Complete your choices by 6:00 PM Sunday night, when the form will close. We won't be taking late sign ups or signing kids up at the meet. If you don't sign up by the deadline we will assume your swimmer is not attending. Schedule an appointment in your calendar, set an alarm -- do whatever it takes to make sure your swimmer is signed up!
  • The theme for this meet is NEON
  • The order of events is Free, Back, Breast, Fly, IM

Meet Timeline

  • 5:30 PM – Swimmers arrive
  • 5:45 PM – Warm-ups
  • 6:15 PM – Meet starts
  • 8:15 PM – Meet concludes (anticipated)

Open House: Swim, Dive & Synchro

We’re excited to invite you and your family to our Overlee Summer Swim, Dive & Synchro Open House for new team members (or those interested in joining the teams) on Sunday, April 12th between 12pm-2pm!

Join us for a relaxed and engaging event where new and prospective team members can:

  • Meet our fantastic coaches and learn more about each program
  • Connect with senior team members and get pumped for summer
  • Get a feel for our team spirit and what makes our community so special
  • One swimmer (must be new to the swim team) will win a raffle for a free summer swim team registration!
  • Take home some Overlee swag to gear up for the season in style

While the kids enjoy music, slideshows, and hands-on activities like decorating plates, collecting ducks, and exploring team traditions, parents will have a chance to mix, mingle, and chat with coaches and other families.

We can’t wait to meet you and help you splash into a fantastic summer!

Parent Meeting:The parent meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 23rd from 7-9 pm in the clubhouse. Join us to hear about swim team updates and reunite with our wonderful coaches Ryan and Emily. You will also have a chance to ask questions, meet other parents, and sign up for volunteer opportunities.

Senior Retreat
Overlee Clubhouse

End: 9:00 PM

Senior Retreat: Please mark your calendars, the senior retreat is Monday, February 23rd from 7:00 - 9:00 pm in the clubhouse. All 13 and over swimmers are invited. This retreat enables the senior team to plan, choose t-shirt and cap designs, and get to know one another. Pizza will be provided. Swimmers who will turn 13 by June 1 and therefore swim as 13-14s in summer 2026 are invited to attend. Swimmers who turn 13 after June 1, 2026 and will swim as 11-12s this year will become seniors in 2027. No RSVP needed.
