**RVSP only for the adult(s) planning to swim!** Why let the kids have all of the relay fun? Are you ready to relive your glory days in the pool? Ready to show those little whippersnappers how it's really done? Here’s your chance! We will swim an exhibition heat of parent relays between the backstroke and breaststroke events. RSVP only for the adults planning to swim and let us know if you have a team (and list the members) or need a team in the comments. (Can you volunteer at the meet AND swim? YES!)

All Overlee Challenge (Intrasquad)

Warm-up: 5:45 PM
- Swimmers may choose up to 2 strokes maximum. IM counts as one of your strokes.
- Swimmers who swam in the Saturday dual meet MAY choose any stroke, including those they swam on Saturday.
- Kids 8 & U should get permission from coaches before signing up for breaststroke, fly, or IM.
- Complete your choices by 6:00 PM Sunday night, when the form will close. We won't be taking late sign ups or signing kids up at the meet. If you don't sign up by the deadline we will assume your swimmer is not attending. Schedule an appointment in your calendar, set an alarm -- do whatever it takes to make sure your swimmer is signed up!
- The theme for this meet is Minions
- The order of events is Free, Back, Parent Relays, Breast, Fly, IM

- Roster is distributed on Thursday before the meet
- Please declare your swimmer's availability in SwimTopia for this meet ASAP if they are on the roster
- All swimmers are invited to the pre-meet psych-up in the team room, caravan, and to cheer in the team area at the meet
- The theme for this meet is Pajamas

All Star Relay T-Shirt Organizing
Overlee Club House

Come help organize the All Star Relay T-shirts for distribution at All Star Relays. We need help to picking up the boxes of t-shirts from a home about 10 minutes from Overlee and transporting them to the clubhouse, where additional volunteers are needed to help organize them for the 70 participating teams. Many hands make light work!
