All Star Relay T-Shirt Organizing
Overlee Club House
Start: 2:00 PM
End: 4:00 PM
Come help organize the All Star Relay T-shirts for distribution at All Star Relays. We need help to picking up the boxes of t-shirts from a home about 10 minutes from Overlee and transporting them to the clubhouse, where additional volunteers are needed to help organize them for the 70 participating teams. Many hands make light work!

- All swimmers are invited to the pre-meet psych-up in the team room, caravan, and to cheer in the team area at the meet

- Swimmers go with the team to practice cheers and participate in themed activities, lead by the Seniors
- Parents gather for the Parent Social in Snack Shack Park
- Pep Rally Theme: Lip Sync
- Swimmers stay after practice Friday morning to rehearse with their age group and then perform for their teammates at the Pep Rally (parents do not attend the performances)

Warm-up: 5:00 PM
- Swimmers may choose up to 2 strokes maximum. IM counts as one of your strokes.
- Swimmers who swam in the Saturday dual meet must choose a different stroke than they swam at that meet.
- Kids 8 & U should get permission from coaches before signing up for breaststroke, fly, or IM.
- Complete your choices by 6:00 PM Sunday night, when the form will close. We won't be taking late sign ups or signing kids up at the meet. If you don't sign up by the deadline we will assume your swimmer is not attending. Schedule an appointment in your calendar, set an alarm -- do whatever it takes to make sure your swimmer is signed up!
- The theme for this meet is Holiday in July
- The order of events is IM - Free - Back - Breast - Fly
