Please attend to gather, talk about the season and ideas for next year while still fresh in your head. 13 and over only.

Mon Jul 14 2025	Parent Relays @ All Overlee Challenge Overlee Start: 6:00 PM End: 8:30 PM (estimated) RVSP only for the adult(s) planning to swim! Why let the kids have all of the relay fun? Are you ready to relive your glory days in the pool? Ready to show those little whippersnappers how it's really done? Here’s your chance! We will swim an exhibition heat of parent relays between the backstroke and breaststroke events. RSVP only for the adults planning to swim and let us know if you have a team (and list the members) or need a team in the comments. (Can you volunteer at the meet AND swim? YES!)
Mon Jul 14 2025	All Overlee Challenge (Intrasquad) Overlee Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:30 PM Swimmers may choose up to 2 strokes maximum. IM counts as one of your strokes. Swimmers may choose any two events, even those they swam on Saturday at Donaldson Run. Kids 8 & U should get permission from coaches before signing up for breaststroke, fly, or IM. Complete your choices by 6:00 PM Sunday night, when the form will close. We won't be taking late sign ups or signing kids up at the meet. If you don't sign up by the deadline we will assume your swimmer is not attending. Schedule an appointment in your calendar, set an alarm -- do whatever it takes to make sure your swimmer is signed up! The theme for this meet is Overlee Out! The order of events is TBD
Sat Jul 12 2025	13+ Progressive Dinner Swimmers gather at Overlee and take a bus to homes for the progressive dinner and then return to the clubhouse
Sat Jul 12 2025	Overlee @ Donaldson Run NVSL Meet Donaldson Run Start: 9:00 AM Warm-up: 7:30 AM Coaches select swimmers for limited slots (3 per event) Roster is distributed on Thursday before the meet Please declare your swimmer's availability in SwimTopia for this meet ASAP if they are on the roster All swimmers are invited to the pre-meet psych-up in the team room, caravan, and to cheer in the team area at the meet Theme for the meet is PIRATE Learn about Saturday Meets here.

Mon Jul 7 2025	Highlands Swim @ Overlee MNM Overlee Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM Swimmers may choose up to 2 strokes maximum. IM counts as one of your strokes. Swimmers who swam in the Saturday dual meet with Chesterbrook must choose a different stroke than they swam at that meet. Kids 8 & U should get permission from coaches before signing up for breaststroke, fly, or IM. Complete your choices by 6:00 PM Sunday night, when the form will close. We won't be taking late sign ups or signing kids up at the meet. If you don't sign up by the deadline we will assume your swimmer is not attending.
