Mon Jul 15 2024	All Overlee Challenge (Intrasquad Meet) Overlee Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) Swimmers may choose up to 2 strokes maximum. IM counts as one of your strokes. Swimmers may choose any two events, even those they swam on Saturday at Tuckahoe. Kids 8 & U should get permission from coaches before signing up for breaststroke, fly, or IM. Complete your choices by 6:00 PM Sunday night, when the form will close. We won't be taking late sign ups or signing kids up at the meet. If you don't sign up by the deadline we will assume your swimmer is not attending. Schedule an appointment in your calendar, set an alarm -- do whatever it takes to make sure your swimmer is signed up! The theme for this meet is JUNGLE! The order of events is IM, Free, Back, Breast, Fly. (IM FIRST)
Sat Jul 13 2024	13+ Senior Progressive Dinner Start: 5:15 PM End: 11:55 PM Hello OVL parents! The 13 & Over Senior Progressive dinner is one of the highlights of the season. Young swimmers can't wait until they are old enough to participate. Dress code is fancy! The evening begins with team pictures and appetizers at the OVL Clubhouse beginning at 5:15. Anyone is welcome to come see them off. It really is a treat to be able to see everyone all dressed up! Just remember inside the clubhouse and apps are only for the 13 & overs. Swimmers depart OVL around 6:45 to head to the next spot on a Bus. Parents will reunite with their swimmers at the end of the evening at OVL. Approximate schedule - We do our best to stick to it! 5:15pm Appetizers, Pictures, and Slide Show 7:00pm Pasta 7:50pm Salad 8:40om Entree 10:15pm Dessert and Swimming weather permitting 11:55pm Conclude and swimmer pick-up This sign up covers the food donations needed in order for this night to be an absolute success! Please DO NOT INCLUDE NUTS in any of the donations. Thank you all in advance!

It will take place in the grassy area outside of the clubhouse at the top of our parking lot. Swimmers can be walked up and dropped off or head up on their own at 5:00 pm. Parent Social Parent Socials are BACK! While the swimmers and coaches are at the pep rally, parents gather to connect with friends old and new!
Thu Jul 11 2024	12 & Under Pancake Breakfast Start: 10:00 AM End: 11:00 AM As per OVL tradition, the day after Divisional Relays, 12 and under swimmers have fun practices full of games and bonding and eat pancakes! And, as per other OVL tradition, we need parent volunteers to make it happen! We provide the pancake batter, you help set up and make pancakes or help serve and clean up. Volunteer slots to come! Typical Schedule: No make up or senior practice 9:00 -10:00 am 9-10s and 11-12s FUN PRACTICE 10:00-11:00 am PANCAKE BREAKFAST for 8 & unders, 9-10s, and 11-12s 11:00 am-12:00 pm 8 & Unders FUN PRACTICE

Mon Jul 1 2024	Parent Relays @ Flying Fish Races Overlee Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) RVSP if you plan to swim! Even MORE FUN: Parent Relays! Are you ready to relive your glory days in the pool? Are you jealous that the kids are having all of the fun? Here’s your chance! We will swim an exhibition heat of parent relays between the backstroke and breaststroke events. RSVP and we will post a list by the family folders of those interested. Check the list, form your teams and we’ll see you in the pool!

Wed Jun 19 2024	All Overlee Sock Hop Overlee Start: 6:30 PM End: 8:30 PM There's a DJ and we provide pizza. Swimmers bring drinks or desserts (based on last name). A-M: individually packaged Water, Gatorade, or Soda. N-Z: prepackaged sweets (NO NUTS) such as bags of Oreos, Fruit Roll Ups, or Fruit. Parent volunteers will be needed - watch this space!

We will supply a signature drink and have a table out and cooler with ice - please bring drinks or an appetizer to share!
