We need seniors (13U) to sign up to scoop and adults to help with the toppings. Adults are welcome to scoop, too.

The swim team will also be providing the toppings for the ice cream. (We have parent volunteers who will help the kids with putting the toppings on.)

Please do NOT bring peanut products. 

Families with the last name starting with… 

A-G – bring toppings – M&Ms* (plain), cookie crumbles, mini marshmallows, sprinkles, etc.
H-L – bring toppings – gummies*, cookie crumbles, marshmallows, sprinkles, etc.
M-P – bring syrups or sauces – chocolate, butterscotch, strawberry, caramel, etc.
Q-Z – bring canned whipped cream

Hello OVL parents!

The 13 & Over Senior Progressive dinner is one of the highlights of the season. Young swimmers can't wait until they are old enough to participate. Dress code is fancy!  The evening begins with team pictures and appetizers at the OVL Clubhouse beginning at 5:15. Anyone is welcome to come see them off. It really is a treat to be able to see everyone all dressed up! Just remember inside the clubhouse and apps are only for the 13 & overs.

Swimmers depart OVL around 6:45 to head to the next spot on a Bus. Parents will reunite with their swimmers at the end of the evening at OVL.

As per OVL tradition, the day after Divisional Relays, 12 and under swimmers have fun practices full of games and bonding and eat pancakes! And, as per other OVL tradition, we need parent volunteers to make it happen! We provide the pancake batter, you help set up and make pancakes or help serve and clean up. Volunteer slots to come!

Pep Rally
This is a SWIMMERS AND COACHES ONLY event. It will take place in the grassy area outside of the clubhouse at the top of our parking lot. Swimmers can be walked up and dropped off or head up on their own at 5:00 pm.

Parent Social
Parent Socials are BACK! While the swimmers and coaches are at the pep rally, parents gather to connect with friends old and new!

We will swim an exhibition heat of parent relays between the backstroke and breaststroke events. RSVP and we will post a list by the family folders of those interested. Check the list, form your teams and we’ll see you in the pool!
