Mon Jun 9 2025	Flying Fish Races (Intrasquad) Overlee Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:30 PM Swimmers may choose up to 2 strokes maximum. IM counts as one of your strokes. Kids 8 & U should get permission from coaches before signing up for breaststroke, fly, or IM. Complete your choices by 6:00 PM Sunday night, when the form will close. We won't be taking late sign ups or signing kids up at the meet. If you don't sign up by the deadline we will assume your swimmer is not attending. Schedule an appointment in your calendar, set an alarm -- do whatever it takes to make sure your swimmer is signed up! Sat Jun 7 2025	Orange & White Meet (Time Trials & Team Photo) Overlee Start: 6:30 AM About the Orange & White Meet Swimmers swim all events in which they are legal and get their 2025 seed times Coaches use the times to plan for the first Saturday meet If a swimmer can’t attend, it is the swimmer’s responsibility to have the absence pre-approved by the coaches Make-up sessions will only be scheduled for pre-approved absences A swimmer will not be eligible to swim in a Saturday meet without seed times Logistics Swimmers get their team t-shirts at the pep rally Friday, June 6 Wear these t-shirts for team picture before the O&W meet Swimmers are assigned to Orange Team or White Team at check in (bandanas) - assignments are random. Swimmers stay with their color during the meet and practice cheers
Fri Jun 6 2025	Pep Rally & Parent Social Start: 5:00 PM End: 6:00 PM Swimmers go with the team to practice cheers and participate in themed activities, lead by the Seniors Parents gather for the Parent Social in Snack Shack Park

Mon Apr 7 2025	Parent Meeting Clubhouse Start: 7:00 PM End: 9:00 PM Parent Meeting: The parent meeting is scheduled for April 7th, 7-9 pm in the clubhouse. (Please note new date!) Join us to hear about swim team updates and meet our new coaches (Ryan and Emily). You will also have a chance to ask questions, meet other parents, and sign up for volunteer opportunities.
Mon Feb 24 2025	Senior Retreat Clubhouse Start: 7:00 PM End: 9:00 PM Senior Retreat: Please mark your calendars, the senior retreat is February 24 from 7-9 pm in the clubhouse. All 13 and over children are invited. This retreat enables the senior team to plan, choose t-shirt and cap designs, and get to know one another. Pizza will be provided. Kindly RSVP for your senior swimmer so we know how much to order!

Wed Jul 17 2024	Ice Cream Social Snack Shack Park Start: 5:00 PM End: 7:00 PM We need seniors (13U) to sign up to scoop and adults to help with the toppings. Adults are welcome to scoop, too. The swim team will also be providing the toppings for the ice cream. (We have parent volunteers who will help the kids with putting the toppings on.) Please do NOT bring peanut products. Families with the last name starting with… A-G – bring toppings – M&Ms* (plain), cookie crumbles, mini marshmallows, sprinkles, etc. H-L – bring toppings – gummies*, cookie crumbles, marshmallows, sprinkles, etc. M-P – bring syrups or sauces – chocolate, butterscotch, strawberry, caramel, etc. Q-Z – bring canned whipped cream
